Printing and dyeing time is usually 14-30 business days. This period may vary depending on the size of the product. In addition to this period, there is a cargo delivery time of 2-12 business days depending on your region.

🎲 FINISHING THE PRODUCT
We always work with the utmost care and attention with our rigorous quality control at the pre-shipment stage, and although we inspect and review everything that comes out of our printers to submit your model, you only need to glue/assemble it.

There may be some imperfections in the prints. In this case, a hobby knife, file or sandpaper may be required.

Since all our products are painted by hand and with some auxiliary equipment, they may differ from each other. Therefore, color tones in the images may differ.

🎲 PAINTING SERVICE
Our products are delivered disassembled. It is also optionally delivered as painted or unpainted. If you want to buy the products painted, please contact us. The products you buy unpainted come as sanded and unpainted.

🎲 3D PRINTING AND DESIGN SERVICE
Do you have a model you made yourself but don't have a 3D printer? Do you have models from other websites and don't know what to do next? Just send a message. Accept STL and budget. We'll take care of the rest.

🎲 SHIPPING ADDRESS
Please make sure your shipping address is correct and complete. If a package is undeliverable due to incorrect shipping information, it is the buyer's responsibility to pay for the associated shipping costs of the package to be resent. Also, any custom duty is the buyer's responsibility.

Please note that this is a product made for you, so returns are not accepted. However, if you refuse to receive the product, you can cancel your order for up to 24 hours. If you have any questions about this, please refer to our store policies regarding shipping and refunds.

Although all of our products are cured and safe to touch, please do not put the products in your mouth or eat them, as there may still be uncured resin inside the products. Do not forget to wash your hands with plenty of soapy water if necessary. Do not allow small children either.
