Since our products are custom made, there is no return in our store. If you are not satisfied with the product, instead of a refund you will receive a discount code worth 25% of the product value that you can use on your next purchase.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

Refunds
If there is a problem with the product caused by our store, we will review the situation and decide whether we can give you a refund. If the refund is approved, the money will be refunded to your payment method within 3 business days.
